Building amenities AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION
FOR JOBS
Jobs must contact Caralyn prior to beginning their visit in the office with any Amenities they would like to reserve in the building. Include the dates, times the Building Amenity is needed, and the name and email of each person who will be in attendance.

Staff members can view and reserve amenities using the Two Trees App.
Parking
Parking spaces are available on a daily and monthly basis in the Park Kwik Parking Garage located in the lower level of 20 Jay Street.

Bike Room
An indoor bike room is located on the ground floor of 20 Jay Street. The entrance is located at 21 John Street and is marked with bike icons. Once you reach the ramp, please dismount from your bicycle and follow the path to the bike room entrance. Bicycle parking is available on a first come, first served basis and should be secured with a tenant provided lock.
Storage of bikes longer than a day is not permitted. 24-hour access to the bike room will be available using your Two Trees Tenant App mobile key.
Loading Docks
There are two bays in the loading dock. One is for unscheduled deliveries and is subject to availability. The other can be reserved via the Two Trees Tenant App.
The Loading Dock is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and can be booked in 30-minute time slots.
If you require loading dock or freight access after-hours or on weekends, request via the Two Trees Tenant App where a fee may apply.
The building requires a certificate of insurance from your vendor for all deliveries and 24 business-hour advance notice.

Freight Elevator
Utilize the freight elevator to move bikes, furniture, equipment or boxes as it is not permitted to move those items through the lobby or in the passenger elevators.
The freight elevator operates Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm. Deliveries outside these hours are available for request via the App and subject to a fee.

Tech Conference Room
The smart interactive conference room, located on the 4th floor at 45 Main Street, features digital-key entry, acoustic wall treatments and a Wi-Fi enabled smart TV with a camera for video conferencing. The room accommodates larger meetings of up to 20 people and/or meetings that require A/V equipment.
The technology conference room is located across from Suite 410.
To Reserve, use your Two Trees Tenant App. Select “Amenities”, then submit a date/time and email of at least one person
attending conference. Upon confirmation, Two Trees will provide you with a QR code to unlock the room using a digital entry system.
Tenants are allotted 3 hours of smart conference room usage per month. A camera is installed in this room as a precaution.
Coming Soon to Our Building: Interactive Smart Conference Room which will be located on 7th Floor.
Conference Rooms
Shared Conference Rooms are free, reservable meeting spaces located on multiple floors. The rooms accommodate up to 8 people, and are available in 30-minute slots (up to 2 hours) between 8am to 6pm daily. Reservations need to be made through the App. Feel free to use a conference room on another floor in case of a time conflict.

Roof Deck
The rooftop garden and outdoor workspace is available using the Two Trees Tenant App mobile key. Wifi is available on the deck with no password needed.

Mother’s Room
The building is equipped with a private space on the 4th floor intended for baby feeding, changing and breast pump usage. Featuring comfortable seating, a changing table and sink, please request access using the App.

7am to 3pm on Saturday
Restrooms
Restrooms are located outside of our Suite. When you leave the Suite, walk straight out of our Suite down the hallway. At the end of the hallway take a left. Continue down the hallway and you will find the restrooms on the left hand side.
Pet Friendly
The building is pet friendly.
Communal Space Rules
The building requests use of the Amenity Spaces to be limited to our employees and
officers who regularly work in the Building. They ask we do not encourage or facilitate the use of the Amenity Spaces by any of our visitors who do not regularly work in the Building, unless previously approved in writing by the Property Management.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the Amenity Spaces and alcohol is prohibited in the Amenity Spaces, unless approved by Property Management.
Private Events
Use of the Amenity Spaces during general business days and office hours shall be free of charge. However, Private Events in any Amenity Space may impose a charge for any private event. Private event information can be requested at commercial@twotreesny.com.
Alcohol is prohibited in the Amenity Space, unless approved in advance and in writing by the Property Management for authorized private events.
