The Suite is located in Dumbo inside of the building:

The SpecialGuest & 1stAveMachine office is on the 9th floor in Suite 902.

Building Entry

Everyone must obtain a mobile key or visitor pass to enter the turnstiles.

20 Jay Street is a secured building that features physical turnstiles that require each person entering the building to have verified credentials.

The credentialing system is powered by a Bluetooth-enabled app and QR codes as the primary means of access and entry.

Visitor Entry

All visitors must have verified credentials in order to ​enter the building.

Prior to arrival, notify Caralyn with each visitors name ​and email or phone number so they can be sent their ​visitor pass digitally. Also provide the date and time ​frame they will need access to the building.

Visitors will be sent a QR code via text or email. Upon ​arrival to 20 Jay Street, visitors will enter the building ​and walk up the stairs. Present the QR code to the ​door man in the lobby upon arrival or use the ipad ​kiosk on the left hand side of the lobby desk to scan ​the QR code and a visitor pass will be printed.

Keep this pass on you at all times in order to exit and ​enter the building.

Suite Entry

A Yale Smart Lock has been installed on our Suite door.

To unlock the Suite door, press the Yale symbol at the top of the keypad. Enter the code provided to you in your email. Press the check mark and turn the handle of the door knob to enter the office.

The door will automatically lock after 1 minute.

Do not twist the lock on the bottom (it is taped) or use any key to unlock the door.
