PROCEDURES
Cleaning
Cleaning services are not provided. Please keep the space clean. You will need to clean the office or pay the Cleaning Service fee of $75 to clean the space at the end of your visit to the office.
To help with keeping the space tidy:
Trash & Recycling
All trash must be separated within our office into the three bins we have provided in the kitchen:
Paper goes in Clear Bags
Metal, Glass, Plastic & Beverage Cartons goes in Translucent Blue Bags
Garbage goes in Black Bags
There is a trash room located near the restrooms. When your time in the office is over, take the trash bags to the trash room which is located straight down the hallway and to the left where you will find a door that says “Trash Room” on the left.
Do not dispose furniture, cabinets or electronics in trash rooms, loading docks, or anywhere in the building. Please reach out to Property Management at 718-625-5505 for disposal options.
Client Services
Jobs are responsible for setting up and cleaning up any Client Services, meetings, gatherings, or lunches your team plans on having. You may hire a PA to assist with any preparations, coordination or clean up.
Snacks, beverages and office supplies for any meetings, gatherings or Client Services must be purchased by your Job. You will need to restock any snacks, beverages or supplies present in the office at the time of your arrival that your job used.
Dishware, glassware and silverware are available in the office.

Hiring PA’s
Jobs are responsible for hiring a PA for any in-office preparations, needs or client services you may have.
Once you have booked a PA, connect your PA with Caralyn Hamel for guidance prior to their arrival.
Package Delivery
You should be present when anticipating a delivery to ensure you receive the package. If you anticipated a delivery but did not receive it, check the mailroom on the 3rd floor. The key for the mail room is hanging on the wall near the door, inside our walk-in closet.
Large packages will be delivered to your door. The lobby attendant and staff are not permitted to accept deliveries or packages.
USPS, DHL, Fed Ex and UPS drop boxes are located throughout DUMBO. A USPS satellite office is located at 84 Front Street. The main USPS post office is located at 271 Cadman Plaza E. Brooklyn, NY 11201.
Zoom Connectivity
Zoom is available in the conference room via a Mac Mini mounted by the TV. If it asks for a password it should be 1stave. Fair warning the conference room is very echoey.
Alternatively there is an iMac on the communal table in the main room that can also use Zoom. Sign in to Zoom as usual via this computer.
Snacks & Supplies
Jobs are responsible for purchasing and setting up their own snacks, beverages and office supplies.
You may use our Snack and Supplies Guide to easily purchase our suggestions of quality snacks, supplies, or items.
Food Delivery
The lobby attendant will provide your delivery person with a visitor pass to deliver your food to your space. If the lobby attendant is away from the desk, the delivery person may contact you directly and you will need to go down to collect your food.
Costs & Fees
There is no initial fee to use the office.
Costs your job are responsible for while using the office:
A cleaning and put back fee of $75 to $250 will incur upon your jobs last day in the office only if:
Tracking Inventory
Staff should notify Caralyn immediately when you notice an item is out of stock or you take the last of an item in the office to keep amenities and supplies fully stocked in the office at all times.
Jobs must replenish any supplies, snacks or beverages used during your time at the office.

The internet speed will be 1000/1000 maximum.

Air Conditioning & Heat
There is one thermostat in the front of the Suite by the door, and a thermostat dial to adjust the heat in the Conference Room by the radiator near the window.
Press the up and down buttons to adjust the heat on the thermostat in the Main Area, and twist the dial (to the indicated line on the right hand side of the dial) to adjust the heat of the radiator near the windows.
Office Repairs
If anything around the office becomes broken or needs repairs, take a photo of the broken item and notify Caralyn with the problem and location within the office so she can schedule the Building Maintenance to fix the item.
If the maintenance issue is urgent, contact Caralyn immediately at 917-586-3102.

Swag items are stored in Los Angeles. Please provide advance notice if you need to receive Swag or Swag Bags.
